Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Poor the rice and let it become transparent and then golden by stirring with a spatula.

Bring to a boil, cover and cook on a very low heat.

Coat the Veggie Pieces “XXL” in an English way (Egg, Panko Breadcrumb, twice), reserve.
Fry the grape Tomatoes in a pan.
Cook the coated Veggie Pieces “XXL” in a pan with a knob of butter for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate with ¼ of a lemon.
